Keishi Pearl Threader Earrings

These pearl dangles are beautiful little rejects. Keishi pearls form when oysters reject the nucleus that is used to seed and grow pearls. Despite being kicked out of the shell they continue to build up a lustrous layer. These baroque baddies do not have a seeded center or uniform round shape like their debutant cousins. They are tougher because they are all nacre.
